We recently switched to Teams Telephony and now use your landline numbers over Teams.

Works mostly great, but we have the issue that sometimes missed calls show up on the iPhone but not Teams Desktop and vice versa. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

    Hi @Maria Baker,

Based on what I know about Teams Phone, call history and missed call notifications are normally synchronized through Microsoft's cloud services when both devices are signed in with the same account. There is no manual synchronization option available.

When missed calls appear on the iPhone but not on Teams Desktop, or vice versa, it is often related to synchronization delays, local client cache issues, or inconsistencies in how call notifications and events are delivered and processed across different endpoints.

As a first step, you may want to try the following:

    • Update Microsoft Teams to the latest version on all affected devices.
    • Clear the Teams cache on both the desktop and mobile devices.
    • Sign out of Teams on both devices, then sign back in to refresh the authentication session and force a new synchronization of account data.
    • Ensure both devices have a stable internet connection and remain connected long enough for call records to synchronize. I hope you'll be able to try these steps and that they help resolve the issue.

Thank you for taking the time.
