Outlook.com emails consistently go to Gmail Spam

Hello Microsoft Support,

My Outlook.com email address [Moderator's note: PII removed]@outlook.com is consistently being delivered to Gmail Spam instead of the Inbox.

I tested sending emails to multiple Gmail accounts, and the messages went to Spam on all of them. Gmail displays the message: “This message is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past.”

I checked the email authentication, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC all PASS. The messages are legitimate personal/business communication and do not contain suspicious links or attachments.

I also tested a simple plain-text email and it still went to Gmail Spam.

Please check whether there is an issue with my Outlook.com sender reputation or Microsoft’s outbound mail system that could be causing Gmail to classify my legitimate emails as spam.

Thank you.

    Hi Ashish Kumar,

Thank you for providing those details. Since you've already confirmed that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are passing and that the behavior occurs across multiple Gmail accounts, this points more toward how Gmail is assessing the sender's reputation rather than a configuration issue with email authentication.

Because Gmail's spam filtering is managed on Google's side, Microsoft does not control how individual messages are classified after delivery. For more information, you can try Get help with Outlook.com

I understand how frustrating this can be when legitimate emails are not reaching the Inbox as expected. You can also reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
