A cloud-based task management app from Microsoft that helps users organize and manage daily tasks across devices.
Hello Matthew Perez
I understand how disruptive this is if flagged emails are part of your normal workflow.
Instead of checking Settings again, please open Microsoft To Do and look in the left-side list menu for Flagged email. If it appears there, select it and choose Create. Then flag a new message in your primary Inbox and check whether it appears in that list.
Please note that flagged messages normally appear in the Flagged Email list first. They do not necessarily appear automatically in My Day; you may need to open the flagged-email task and select Add to My Day.
If Flagged email is completely absent from both the list menu and Settings, could you confirm:
- The email address ends in Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, or another domain
- Whether the account is personal or work/school
- Whether the mailbox was added to Outlook from Gmail, Yahoo, or another provider
- Whether this feature worked previously with the same account
This information will help determine whether it is an account eligibility issue or whether the feature has unexpectedly disappeared.
Please feel free reply back to this post and update me on this issue, I'll be happy to help
