    The wording “12003 / 200 Type set” often appears during an FTP connection, so the internet provider or router may not be the relevant detail.

    Could you confirm:

    • Which program displays the error?
    • Does it appear while uploading or publishing files to an FTP server?
    • What is the complete error message?
    • Did this previously work, and did anything change before the error started?

    A screenshot of the full message would also help. Please hide any server address, username, or other private information.

    Who is your Internet Service Provider? What type of modem/router do you have? What computer are you using and what adapter does it have? When did this problem start? The more information you provide the better someone here can help you.
