How to change LAN to multiplayer on minecraft Java

Hello, The button where Multiplayer is supposed to be is Lan, so i cannot invite friends into my game and friends cannot join ingame.
I have set everything on Xbox and Windows 10 Online Safety to allow so i am unsure as to why this is heppening
