Azure for Students verification already used but no subscription created

Hello,

My Microsoft account (******@yahoo.com) was verified for Azure for Students. When I try to verify again, I receive the message:

"This email account has already been used for verification this year."

However:

  • Azure Education says it cannot verify my student status.
  • Azure Portal shows no active subscriptions.
  • The Subscriptions page is empty.

Could you please check whether my Azure for Students subscription is attached to my account and help restore access?

Thank you.

The message indicates that the student email was already used for Azure for Students verification within the last 12 months. Azure for Students allows one verification per school email address during that period.

Because Azure portal shows No subscriptions and the Subscriptions page is empty, first check whether the issue is directory selection:

    1. In the Azure portal, select the account menu at the top right.
    2. Select Switch directory.
    3. Choose the correct directory and check Subscriptions again.

If the correct directory is already selected and no subscription appears, this requires Microsoft support to review whether the Azure for Students benefit was attached to another identity or whether provisioning failed.

    Use these steps:

    1. Submit a request through the Azure for Students support form: https://aka.ms/azureforstudentssupport
    2. In the request, include:
      • the school email address used for verification
      • the exact error: "This email account has already been used for verification this year"
      • that Azure Education cannot verify student status
      • that Azure portal shows no active subscriptions
      • the Microsoft account intended for the Azure for Students subscription
    3. If needed, also create a support request through Azure support: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2083458

If the subscription was never created, support can review the eligibility or redemption record. This type of check requires backend access and cannot be confirmed from the Azure portal alone.
