Issue: I am trying to activate Azure for Students, but I receive: "You do not have access. Sorry but our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access." I currently have no Azure subscription. I have attached a screenshot of the error. Please check my Azure for Students eligibility/verification and help me activate the subscription.

    Hello @Jefrin s ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A!

    1. Eligibility requirements: Ensure you meet the Azure for Students criteria, including academic verification through an eligible institution and academic email address.
    2. Account profile details: Verify that your email, phone number, address, and country information are complete and accurate, as profile mismatches can cause validation failures.

Additionally, if you are using a school email address, please confirm with your institution that the account is active and eligible for Microsoft educational offers.

If you haven't already done so, please try signing in using a different browser profile, an InPrivate/Incognito window, or a different device after clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Please "Accept the Answer" if this information helped you. This will help us and others in the community as well.
