Partner Center shows verified for developer access, but Windows Developer Center remains stuck on "Under Review"

My organization recently completed business and identity verification within Microsoft Partner Center for developer access. While Partner Center confirms full verification status, attempting to sign in to the Windows Developer Center with the exact same organizational account displays a banner stating the account is still "under review."

Steps Attempted:

Signed in using an InPrivate/Incognito session to rule out caching or session identity mismatches.

Confirmed the active tenant and domain in Partner Center under Account Settings > Legal Info.

Resubmitted documentation via the prompt in the developer portal, but the status remains unchanged and has not synced with the verified Partner Center profile.

Has anyone experienced a delay or failure in statussynchronization between Partner Center and the Developer Portal, and what is the best way to request a manual profile bind? Interestingly, the updated business information from Partner Center hasn't synced over to the Windows Developer portal at all—only the verified badges are showing up, while the underlying account profile details remain outdated. I have been working to resolve account verification for over a month, relying mostly on trial and error to satisfy requirements (I found out that AI was no help). Now that my verification is complete and I am finally ready to submit my apps, this portal synchronization issue is completely blocking progress.
