How to get verified for ultimate student bundle

I understand how frustrating it is to get stuck in a verification loop without being prompted for your school email.

This issue typically occurs when your browser stores cached credentials from a personal Microsoft account or an old session, preventing the verification portal from loading the school email prompt. For the Microsoft Ultimate College Bundle, Microsoft currently requires student verification through a valid .edu college/university email address, and the offer is available only to eligible higher-education students in the U.S.

To resolve this issue, please try follow these steps:

• Use InPrivate/Incognito Browsing: Open a private browsing window (Ctrl + Shift + N in Edge or Chrome) and navigate directly to the Microsoft 365 Education Verification Page.
• Sign In with School Credentials: Ensure you sign in using your official school-issued email address (@school.edu), not a personal account.
• Alternative Verification: If the portal still fails to prompt you or returns an error, visit the SheerID Verification Portal (Microsoft’s official identity verification partner) to manually upload official documentation, such as a student ID card, tuition receipt, or class schedule.

If the system continues to block verification after trying an InPrivate window, your educational institution's IT administrator may need to verify whether your school domain is registered with Microsoft Education.
