I need help. I purchased a new laptop for work. I have my own business. I purchased Smokeball, which is a small law firm management software. I could not install it because I have a personal Microsoft account. I purchased Business 365. My issue is my laptop is still in personal mode and I cannot override this to add my new business account. I have been using Copilot to walk me through this and it is not working.
