Convert Publisher cards to pdf

I understand your concern, especially with having a large collection of Publisher cards that you'd like to preserve. If the PDF is only showing two pages instead of all four, the issue is often related to how the publication is set up or how the PDF export is interpreting the page layout.

You can try the following:

1, In Publisher, go to File > Print and review the print preview.

• Confirm that all four pages are visible there before creating the PDF.

2, When saving as PDF:

• Select File > Export > Create PDF/XPS.
• Choose Options and verify that All Pages is selected.

3, If the card uses a folded layout:

• Try printing to Microsoft Print to PDF instead of using Save As PDF.
• Review the PDF preview before saving.

4, If the issue occurs with only one publication:

• Create a copy of the Publisher file and test exporting the copy.
• Check whether all pages appear correctly in the new PDF.

If you continue to see only two pages, it may help to share whether the card is designed as a folded greeting card, booklet, or another layout type, as that can affect how pages are displayed in the resulting PDF.
