Convert to pdf

Microsoft is closing out Publisher. I have designed over 50 get well cards in publisher. I have tried to save them as a pdf format. I follow the directions in saving or importing the cards. When I do it and then open the page up, it only shows 2 pages instead of the four pages. What do I do?

    Hello Cynthia,

    I understand that you have more than 50 get-well cards created in Publisher, but after saving a four-page card as a PDF, the PDF only appears to contain two pages.

    The PDF may be showing two printed sides, with two card panels arranged on each side. That can be normal for a four-panel folded greeting card and does not necessarily mean pages are missing.

    Please try the options below and check whether the issue continues:

    1. Open the card in Publisher and confirm that all four pages appear in the page navigation area.
    2. Select File > Print. Under Settings, choose the original card format, such as Side-fold, quarter sheet or Side-fold, half sheet.
    3. Review the print preview carefully. It should show the outside panels on one side and the inside panels on the other.
    4. Return to File > Save As, choose PDF, select Options, and make sure All pages is selected before saving.
    5. If you need four separate PDF pages rather than two printable sides, it is recommended that you use Microsoft Print to PDF and select One page per sheet, if that option is available.

    Before converting all 50 cards, test one file and confirm that the page order, orientation, and folding are correct. Also keep the original Publisher files as backups.
