    Hello YOUNG LIM,

I’m sorry you suddenly lost access despite having a paid subscription.

To point you in the right direction, please let us know:

    • The exact Copilot subscription listed under Services & subscriptions
    • Where Copilot is missing, such as the Copilot app, website, Windows, Word, Excel, or Outlook
    • The device and operating system you are using
    • Whether any error message appears

Also confirm that Copilot is signed in with the same Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription. If you share a screenshot, please hide any email address, order number, or other personal information.

If Copilot disappeared from Microsoft 365 apps, check these items in order:

    1. Look for the Copilot entry point in its new location. Copilot may not be missing. In Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the Copilot button may now appear as the Copilot Dynamic Action Button in the lower-right corner of the document.
    2. Sign out of the Microsoft 365 app, close all Office apps, and sign back in. This is a recommended first check when Copilot suddenly stops appearing.
    3. Verify the app is fully updated. In an Office app, go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    4. Check that the correct license is attached to the account. If Copilot is missing from Microsoft 365 apps, one common cause is that the account or license needs attention.
    5. If the Copilot purchase was made through the Apple App Store and the apps were restored from backup or reinstalled, restore the purchase:
      • Sign out of the Microsoft 365 app used to make the in-app purchase.
      • Close and reopen the app.
      • Select Restore previous purchase at the bottom of the Get started with Microsoft 365 or Get Microsoft Copilot Pro window.
    6. If the purchase was made on Mac, iPhone, or iPad and the original app is unknown, review active subscriptions in the device app store and look for a subscription starting with Microsoft 365 or Copilot Pro. The app icon shows which Microsoft app was used for the purchase.

If access was lost because of account migration, licensing reassignment, or backend tenant configuration, this requires Microsoft support through the Microsoft 365 admin center.
