is my Publisher version perpetual?

I purchased my Publisher from Microsoft online 03.17.2023. I received a Product Key from them and clicked the install link to install. When I open Publisher\Account I see the following:

User's image I do NOT pay any subscriptions, but I've read that some stand-alones are NOT perpetual.

Is this stand-alone perpetual?
