How can I re-verify my Startup?

I was had created a Support Ticket (2606130040001534) about 79 days ago, but Support has not even looked at it yet. I tried to create a new Support Ticket, but I was not getting an option to create one after filling out the initial parts. I just keep getting solutions that take me no where. I have attempted to use Copilot to get a resolution, but it just kept sending me in Circles so I upgraded my Support package and now attempting this.

How can I re-submit my Startup Verification? There is no path for re-submission that I have been able to find. All I get is a generic error that says my Startup could not be verified. Some of the documentation indicates that I need to update my Company profile in Founders Hub, but I cannot do this as I am using the new “Microsoft for Startups” portal and the link does not exist without first having your Startup verified. I am at a loss and my Azure credits are going to be expiring on the Sept 9th. I have already built almost the entire project so am heavily invested into Azure.

My company is Obsidian Dusk LLC (website: obsidiandusk.com). I have both an EIN and a DUNS number. I am developing a HIPAA-compliant SaaS platform for Caregiver coordination with in app messaging, a shared calendar, task tracking, and an AI Assistant. I am bootstrapping this on my own so these credits are a huge help.

    Hi @Mark Naayers

Direct answer first: there is no self-service resubmission. In the current program, verification can only be submitted once per startup, and after a failure, only the Startups team can re-run it as a manual review. So you're not missing a hidden link. And the "update your company profile in Founders Hub" advice you found is from the old program; it doesn't apply to the new Microsoft for Startups portal at all.

The reason your tickets go nowhere is that startup verification isn't handled by regular Azure support; it has its own team and channel. That's also why upgrading your support plan didn't change anything. Here's the path that actually works:

    1. Submit the dedicated startups support form at https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/support-form. This goes straight to the Azure Startups team, and a business verification failure is resolved by them doing a manual review of your documentation.
    2. In that form, ask explicitly for a manual review of the failed business verification, and include everything in one shot: your old ticket number 2606130040001534 (noting it's been unanswered for 79 days), legal name Obsidian Dusk LLC, EIN, DUNS number, your website, and clean scans of your formation document and EIN letter. Also state clearly that your credits expire on Sept 9th so it gets treated as time-sensitive.
    3. While you wait, double check the usual cause of the generic "could not be verified" error: the name and address you entered must exactly match your official registration records, and your website needs to be live with company details that match. Character-level mismatches between your profile and the registry data are what trip the automated check most often, and that's exactly what the manual review fixes.

One more thing in your favor: you've posted your ticket ID here, and Microsoft moderators on this forum regularly pick up startup verification cases from Q&A and escalate them to the verification team directly, so keep an eye on the comments under your question.

On the expiry itself, I'll be straight with you: nobody in the community can extend credits. Only the Startups team can address the deadline or reinstate anything, which is one more reason to get the support form in today rather than waiting on the old ticket.
