Cannot find email started from Teams chat using the shared to outlook feature. There was an indicator on the draft email saying the draft was saved, but I can't find it.

    Dear Pease, Jennifer,

If you used "Share to Outlook" from a Teams chat and saw a message that the email was saved as a draft, the draft is typically stored in the Drafts folder of the mailbox that Outlook was using at that moment.

First of all, here are a few things I recommend you check:

Step 1: Open Outlook (new Outlook, classic Outlook, or Outlook on the web) using the same account you were signed into when creating the draft > Check the Drafts folder.

Step 2: Use the Outlook search box and search for a unique word or phrase from the Teams message that was shared.

Step 3: If you have multiple mailboxes/accounts configured in Outlook, check the Drafts folder for each account, as the draft may have been saved to a different mailbox than expected.

Step 4: Check both the Drafts and Deleted Items/Folder in case the draft was accidentally removed, as many users could find their drafts in there. For reference: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoftteams/share-to-outlook---where-does-a-saved-draft-go-update-they-are-being-automatical/2249658

I hope the information shared is helpful. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
