If the certification was just earned, results usually appear within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for them to show in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile.
Check these items:
- Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
- If multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts, the exam may be attached to a different profile.
- Try any personal, work, or school account that may have been used when registering for the exam.
- Verify the credential requirements.
- Some certifications require more than one exam before the certification is awarded.
- If only one required exam has been passed, the certification will not appear yet.
- Check the Learn profile locations directly.
- Go to the Learn profile and open Credentials to view certifications.
- Open Transcript to confirm passed exams and credential history.
- If more than 24 hours have passed and the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
- For exam appointment, scheduling, or delivery issues, contact the exam delivery partner instead:

- If exams or credentials were earned through Certiport, they are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed through the Certiport account.
