My surface 7 has an issue with the repair

I have an issue with my surface 7 repair and there doesnt no way to contact a person to resolve,any ideas?

    Hi

    I send off my Surface for repair and documented that the powerpack and mouse were not functioning.

    The laptop was returned without a replacement powerpack and mouse.
