How can I rollback my Edge app on my MacBook?

I love using Edge over Safari or Chrome in both personal and business cases everyday. This morning (September 2, 2026) when trying to launch my Edge Browser app for work I had a pop-up tell me that my Edge app requires MacOS 13 or later. My Mac cannot update to OS 13 - I guess because of its age. Where can I find an older build for the Edge Browser app for Mac, and what else should I do to replace the current build I have installed?

When looking through my Finder App on my Mac I have the Edge App itself along with the

"MicrosoftEdge-136.0.3240.64.dmg" downloader - and my Mac is running OS 12.7.6.

    You don't necessarily need to roll back all the way to an old Edge build. macOS 12 Monterey is still supported, but there is a version limit. Microsoft says Edge 150 is the last version that supports macOS 12, while newer releases require macOS 13 or later.

    Uninstall the current Edge version, then install Edge 150 or another compatible build for macOS 12. Just keep in mind that staying on an older Edge version means you may not receive the latest browser/security updates. Also, the 136.0.3240.64 DMG you have should be compatible with macOS 12.

    There is no direct way to rollback and kindly take note that Edge 150 is the last version that runs on macOS 12 (Monterey). Starting with 151, Edge needs macOS 13 (Ventura) or newer and you can also refer to the Microsoft support link below.
