Partner Center MAICPP enrollment blocked – Trust 715-123160 – support request cannot be submitted

Description / Problem description:

I am trying to enroll my company, Marco Duarte Tech Solutions, Unipessoal Lda, in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP).

The enrollment is blocked before the registration can be completed and before any Partner ID is created. The enrollment page displays the following message:

“Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked.”

Trust reference: 715-123160 Correlation ID: 740a6062-2fdd-438c-8d83-eb7e407fcf68 Transaction ID: Not provided by the enrollment page.

Company: Marco Duarte Tech Solutions, Unipessoal Lda VAT/NIF: 519445902 Country: Portugal Work account: ******@mdtech.pt Tenant ID: 76d9e8de-578b-45d5-b982-2cb81b983c1b Verified domain: mdtech.pt

The work account is a Global Administrator of the Microsoft Entra tenant and the mdtech.pt domain has been successfully verified in Microsoft Entra.

No Partner ID exists because the MAICPP enrollment is blocked before completion.

I also attempted to create a support request through Partner Center, but no Workspace is available because the enrollment has not been completed.

Please escalate this case for manual review by the Partner Center Trust/Vetting team and advise what information or documentation is required to complete the enrollment.
