How big should Microsoft Edge be?

For the past 6 weeks I've been having constant problems with MS Edge hanging and then hanging my whole computer (requiring me to remove the power). Currently, on Windows 10 here, I'm running MS Edge ver 152.0.4191.53 which originally installed itself about 3 days ago, replacing ver 151.0.4129.101 (which had the same problem).

A few minutes ago I went to Settings->Apps & Features then selected MS Edge and reinstalled. It's reinstalled the same version though obviously I haven't had time yet to check if anything's fixed. But I did notice that MS Edge's size in Settings->Apps & Features is stated as 2.30GB - waaay higher than any other installed app. Does that seem right or does that indicate some problem?

    The size reported for Edge in that section of the settings app includes the Edge application files, and also the user data for the Edge browser, the user data for any browser can be very big.

    Open File Explorer.

    Paste this into the Address bar and press Enter.

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge

    In that Edge folder, right click the 'User Data' folder and select Properties.

    What is the reported size of that folder.
