URGENT – Complete Microsoft Entra Tenant Lockout – Existing Data Protection Case 2609020040000114 Not Progressing

We have a complete production Microsoft 365 / Entra tenant lockout caused by Conditional Access.

Existing Microsoft Data Protection case: 2609020040000114 Locked tenant: UnlimitComp Tenant ID: ecff4485-c497-462a-85ab-e9b257305a1c Error: AADSTS53003

All Global Administrators are blocked, including our emergency/break-glass Global Administrator.

We have no access to:

• Microsoft Entra Admin Center
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Exchange Online / Outlook
• Partner Center
• Microsoft Graph / PowerShell authentication

Existing Outlook tokens have now expired, so the locked tenant email is also inaccessible.

The case has already been assigned to the Microsoft 365 Data Protection Team, but we have not received the promised callback and the business remains completely offline.

This is a tenant-wide Conditional Access lockout, not an MFA reset problem.

We need immediate escalation to an available Data Protection / Tenant Recovery engineer or Critical Situation Manager capable of disabling the offending Conditional Access policy.

We can verify tenant ownership immediately by DNS, billing, company identity, or other required methods.
