I have been trying to install Microsoft 365, but it keeps installing the LTSC version. How do I resolve this problem?

    Did you previously have the LTSC version of Office installed on your PC?

    If you completely uninstalled Office, then downloaded Office from your Microsoft account online, open Word.

    Go to File - Account.

    Click the 'Switch Licence' button, do you find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there to switch to that version of Office.
