    Hi!

Does any option appear if you tap the message?

Does the banner appear in other Microsoft apps, such as Outlook, Word, or OneDrive? Do you use other Microsoft apps on your phone?

Have you tried removing and re-adding the account?

If notes are syncing but the Android app still shows WORKING OFFLINE or Saved offline, use the in-app refresh path first:

    1. In OneNote, tap the offline error message or Refresh Now if that button appears.
    2. If the notebook is still showing the banner, open the notebook list, tap the three-dots menu, and choose Sync (account name) notebook.
    3. To sync everything, open the notebook list, tap the three-dots menu, and choose Sync all.
    4. If the message keeps returning, sign out and back in to reset credentials:
      • Open OneNote
      • Tap Notebooks
      • Tap the three-dots menu > Settings
      • Tap Account
      • Tap Sign Out > OK
      • Close OneNote from recent apps
      • Reopen OneNote and sign in again
    5. If the app shows Error code E000006C / cig68 with no refresh option, update OneNote to the latest version. After updating, the refresh message should appear, then use Refresh Now.

If the notebook opens in OneNote for the web but the Android app still shows the offline banner, that points to the phone app state rather than the notebook itself.
