Microsoft Learn does not issue a downloadable certificate for completing individual Learning Modules.. Completing the module and passing its assessment records the achievement on your Microsoft Learn profile, but it does not generate a formal certificate like a Microsoft certification exam does.

You can verify your completion by signing in to your Microsoft Learn profile and going to your Profile page. Your completed modules and associated achievements should appear there. You can also view your overall learning activity and completed learning paths from your profile.

If you need something to provide to an employer or training program as proof of completion, you can use the achievement shown on your Microsoft Learn profile or share your Microsoft Learn profile URL. Microsoft Learn does provide achievement badges/trophies for certain learning activities, but these should not be confused with an official Microsoft Certification certificate.

The distinction is that Microsoft Learn training completion and Microsoft Certification are separate. A certificate is normally associated with passing a Microsoft certification exam, such as an Azure, Microsoft 365, or Security certification, rather than simply completing a Learn module and its assessment.
