I opened a request in the support yesterday at 22h11 and nobody from Microsoft has called me yet. Also in the field SERVICE REQUEST appears as it is already solved:

    Hello Cristina,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand your concern. Since your support request already shows"Issue resolved" even though you have not been contacted

In this situation, I recommend the following:

    • Open the Service Request and check for any recent updates, notes, or email communications from the assigned support engineer.
    • If there is an option to Reopen the request, please select it and add a comment explaining that you have not been contacted and that the issue remains unresolved.
    • If the request cannot be reopened, create a new support request and reference the original Service Request number. Include details that no contact was made before the case was marked as resolved.
    • You can also contact Microsoft Support and request an update on the case status.

I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
