Hi Microsoft & Bing Webmaster Support Team,

My website [--PII REMOVED --] is verified and indexed in Bing Webmaster Tools:

  1. Index Status: All 1,800+ URLs are showing "Indexed successfully" with 0 crawl errors.
  2. HTTP Status: All pages return 200 OK fast static HTML with valid Schema.org and FAQ markup.
  3. IndexNow: IndexNow API key is fully authenticated and matched on root.
  4. Security & Penalties: No manual actions or security issues listed in the dashboard.
  5. Telemetry: Microsoft Clarity analytics is installed and active on the site.

Issue:

While Bing Webmaster Tools reports all pages as "Indexed successfully" and "URL can appear on Bing", a search for "site:www.(removed).com" or brand search in live Bing results returns no active public SERP listings.

Could a moderator or Bing engineer kindly check if there is an automated domain-level evaluation hold on the domain and assist in clearing it for live public search serving?

Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi NationRules,

Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I really wish I could assist you directly on this issue. However, the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level. We also don't have the permission to escalate your request to the support team.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Given these limitations, the most appropriate avenue is to contact Webmaster Support - Bing Webmaster Tools.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope the support team can resolve this for you soon.
