bluetooth to xbox controller not working fully now

xbox controller issue no toggle of left right rockers no movement no toggle of map does not work fully i have other xbox cntrollers just al are the same they were working on 30/8/2026 but after shutting down for one hour i turn fortnite game back on and now i have xbox controller issue or blutooth issue i are not very computer lit

Thank you for the details. Since all of your Xbox controllers stopped working correctly at the same time, it is less likely that the controllers themselves are faulty. 

Could you please clarify: 

  • Are the controllers connected by Bluetooth only, or do they also have the same problem when connected with a USB cable? 
  • Does this happen only in Fortnite, or in other games as well? 
  • If you press Windows + R, type joy.cpl, and press Enter, do the sticks and buttons respond correctly in the test window? 

Please also try this quick test: 

  • Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices 
  • Remove one Xbox controller 
  • Restart the PC 
  • Pair the controller again and test it in joy.cpl
