How can I sign up for the Windows Insider Program?

I want to be able to preview upcoming Windows updates. How do I join the Windows Insider Program? I've searched for info and only found very general info which did not help me.

    You can register through the official Windows Insider Program website using your Microsoft account. Once registration is complete, open Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program on your PC, select Get started, and link the same account.
