    Azure Speech Services (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech) offers Commitment Tier pricing, which provides discounted rates in exchange for a predefined usage commitment.

    Azure Commitment Discount (ACD) applies to eligible pay-as-you-go consumption services under an MCA-E agreement. Microsoft guidance also indicates that ACD is not additive with services or SKUs that already receive other forms of discounts.

    Since Azure Speech Services Commitment Tier purchases already use discounted Commitment Tier pricing, ACD is not additive with Commitment Tier pricing, and the applicable Commitment Tier pricing is used for billing.
