    As far as I know, there is no Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that covers the Microsoft Ajax CDN.

    Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum and commercial GDPR commitments only apply to paid or enterprise "Online Services" (such as Azure, Microsoft 365, or commercial APIs) where there is a formal, authenticated customer subscription agreement. Because the Microsoft Ajax CDN is a completely free, unauthenticated public utility that requires no account or contract, it falls entirely outside of those enterprise terms.

    You can always download and host the library on your system.
