Sole Global Administrator locked out by MFA: Microsoft and GoDaddy referring me to each other

I am the sole Global Administrator of my Microsoft 365 tenant. I know the password, but the only MFA methods available are Microsoft Authenticator approval or an Authenticator verification code. The old Authenticator registration is no longer accessible, there is no alternate MFA method, and there is no second Global Administrator.

Microsoft Support has told me GoDaddy still controls or administers the tenant. GoDaddy has told me they no longer have access and cannot reset the MFA methods. I have written documentation from both companies showing that each is referring me to the other.

My previous Microsoft case was 2608270010001921 and was closed without resolution. My current Microsoft case is 2609020010000127.

I still control the domain, DNS, billing information, and the existing mailbox and can provide proof of tenant ownership privately.

I need a Microsoft External Staff moderator to engage the Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team for a sole Global Administrator MFA reset. Please contact me privately for tenant information.

Update: Current Microsoft case is 2609020010000127. Previous case 2608270010001921 was closed without resolution. I have now provided Microsoft with written documentation from GoDaddy showing GoDaddy cannot perform the requested MFA reset. The current Microsoft agent is no longer responding despite multiple callback requests. I need assistance getting this case routed to Data Protection / Tenant Recovery.

Update: the situation has now gotten worse.

Outlook is now returning:

Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.TenantAccessBlockedException

along with a 500 error and TenantAccessBlockedError.

This appears to indicate that Exchange access is being blocked at the tenant/service level, not just that I am stuck in an MFA loop.

I am still the sole Global Administrator. I still cannot access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center because the only MFA method on the account is an inaccessible Microsoft Authenticator registration.

Microsoft has repeatedly told me GoDaddy must resolve the issue. GoDaddy has repeatedly confirmed in writing that they cannot reset the MFA or manage the tenant. My previous Microsoft case was closed without resolution, and my current case is:

I have now provided Microsoft with screenshots showing both the MFA lockout and this new TenantAccessBlockedException.

I need someone from Microsoft to determine the actual backend tenant state and confirm whether the tenant is Active, Disabled, Suspended, or otherwise blocked.

Please escalate this to the appropriate Tenant Recovery / Data Protection / Exchange backend team. This is no longer a normal Authenticator troubleshooting issue.

I can provide proof of domain ownership, DNS control, mailbox ownership, billing information, identity, and any other verification required.

I need help getting this case to the team that can actually inspect and restore the tenant.
