    Hi,

    Does this happen everywhere, like in programs, apps, software, folders, or browsers, or only in a specific program?
    Have you tried any solutions to fix the issue?
    Does copy-paste fail with both keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V) and right-click menu options?
    Are you using a laptop or desktop?
    Can you also check the clipboard to see whether the copied items show up or the clipboard is empty?
    Has this happened after changes on your device, like an update on system or an app update?

    In the meantime, try restarting your PC if you still haven't done this. This will help fix any temporary issue.
