If you believe you were charged for a duplicate Microsoft 365 Business subscription, please review your subscriptions in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and cancel the unwanted subscription if applicable. If you need assistance with a refund request, contact Microsoft 365 Billing Support through the Admin Center, so the billing team can review the charges and refund eligibility.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Select the Help & support (headset) icon. If Support Assistant is enabled, turn it off > Type contact support in the search box > Select Contact support, then choose Phone or Email to submit your request.
