Hi Danil,
You can sync your Exchange/Outlook contacts to your iPhone 16 in two ways:
Option 1: Add Exchange directly to the iPhone
- Open Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account.
- Choose Microsoft Exchange and enter your work email address > Next.
- Choose Sign In and complete authentication.
- Turn on Contacts, then tap Save.
If the Exchange account is already added:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts.
- Select your Exchange account and make sure Contacts is enabled
- Then open the Apple Contacts app, tap Lists in the upper-left corner, and check All Exchange.
