Outgoing email cannot be delivered as sending email address not recognized as valid sender. Possibly due to email being suspected of sending spam ?

Hi @Jane Quimby

I’m sorry you’re unable to send emails. This message suggests that your personal Outlook.com or Hotmail account may have been temporarily restricted after being identified as a possible source of spam.

Please check your Sent folder and recent sign-in activity for anything unfamiliar. If you notice suspicious activity, change your password and review your account security information.

Next, try sending a simple test message directly from Outlook.com without attachments or links. If the message still appears, please contact Microsoft Support and provide the complete non-delivery report and diagnostic details so they can review the sending restriction.
