Hi ressica angel,
If there are no accounts listed under Access work or school, another possibility is that a setting on the device is restricting lock screen personalization rather than an organizational account.
You can try the following:
- Press Win + R, type
gpedit.mscand press Enter (if available). - Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization.
- Check Prevent changing lock screen and logon image.
- If it is enabled, set it to Not Configured and restart the PC.
If your edition of Windows does not include Group Policy Editor, please let us know which edition you are using (Windows 11 Home, Pro, etc.), and the community can suggest additional troubleshooting steps.
Hopefully this helps point you in the right direction. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
