My Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended without any prior notice or explanation. I have always followed the program rules and terms of service, and I did not receive any email or message regarding the reason for this suspension. and wanted to regain my account or date for how long it will be, and also, I am not able to contact them directly, so can anyone help me on this

For a suspended Microsoft Rewards account, the only supported path is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support and request a review.

    What can be done:

    1. Open the Microsoft Rewards support form: Contact us
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was suspended.
    3. Submit the form with the account details and a clear explanation that the suspension may be an error.
    4. Wait for the Rewards support team to review the case and respond.

    Relevant policy points:

    • Rewards accounts can be suspended for activities such as multiple accounts, inaccurate account information, using VPN or IP-masking services, bots, macros, mobile emulators, earning from more than one country in the same day, or redeeming points outside the country where they were earned.
    • Search earning can also be limited or flagged if searches appear automated or abusive. Repeated violations can lead to suspension and invalidation of points.
    • The documentation does not provide a fixed suspension duration. It states that Rewards Support must review account-specific cases.

If the issue is that the Microsoft account itself is locked, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com to request a security code and unlock it. If the account is locked for suspicious activity or Terms of Use violations and the normal sign-in flow does not show Next, use the reinstatement link shown in that sign-in window and follow the instructions. After submission, a Microsoft Online Safety support agent reviews the request and contacts by email.

    Hi, @KUNAL SHARMA

Some Microsoft Rewards account blocks can vary depending on the severity. You can review them here: "Account Policies" section here https://support.microsoft.com/topic/getting-the-most-out-of-microsoft-rewards-d8287eb3-c1ad-4510-b8c6-559ea4d781dc

If you’re sure you haven’t violated any of the Microsoft Rewards rules, the best option is to open a support ticket using this form: https://rewards.bing.com/support

That should allow you to get in touch with Rewards Support.
