Microsoft for Startups verification failed – Get program support missing

My startup verification shows “We couldn’t verify your startup,” but the “Get program support” option is missing under Your Microsoft Team.

I need help from Microsoft for Startups Program Support to resolve the verification issue. How can I submit a Program Support request when the required option is not available?

I think the “Get program support” button only shows in the new Startups experience. If it doesn’t appear, the safe path is to open an Azure support request. Use Subscription management / Benefits and offers, and say it’s a Microsoft for Startups verification issue and the button isn’t available. Azure Support can handle the case.

Direct moderator escalation is not available here. Microsoft for Startups verification issues must be submitted through the Microsoft for Startups support flow.

Use the path that matches the startup experience:

    1. If the startup is in the new Azure Portal experience:
      • Sign in to the Azure portal.
      • Open the startup Overview page.
      • In Your Microsoft Team, select Get program support.
    2. If the startup joined before May 29, 2026 and uses the Microsoft for Startups Portal:
      • Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
      • Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
      • Select Submit a Support Ticket.
    3. For Azure technical or billing tickets in Azure Portal:
      • Select ? > Help + support > Create a support request.
      • This path is for Azure technical issues, billing, subscription issues, and product errors.

For verification and program-related issues, Program Support is the correct team. Program Support handles program onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems.

If the Get program support option is missing in the new Azure experience, use the Microsoft for Startups Portal support ticket path if the startup is on the legacy portal experience. If the startup is already onboarded to the Azure Portal experience, support requests are expected through Your Microsoft Team on the startup overview page.
