I would like to know if you allow users to anwer questions about product features. Such as Microsoft Visio would allow to be used as code as well. For example, there is a tool that allows to convert visio to mermaid code such as mermaid2visio.com. So I wonder if you could allow such interaction on replies?

Yes, questions and answers about Visio features can include code-based approaches, such as Mermaid diagrams.

Users could share Mermaid code in their replies and discuss tools that convert Mermaid diagrams into Visio files. However, tools such as mermaid2visio.com are third-party services and are not supported or endorsed by Microsoft, so any third-party tools should be mentioned only when directly relevant to the question and not for commercial promotion.

Thank you for your reply. Because I wrote a recommandation to a user, from my personal email, mentioning that there is a tool mermaid2visio and I've got suspended? My personal email is [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]. I developped a converter to help myself this year having the same needs I saw also with other colleagues of my field, and I decided to make it public. Please help me because my intention was wel and good faith funded. Iève found very rude from Microsoft suspending my personal account for this. I beg you to review it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5633217/is-there-anything-on-the-visio-roadmap-that-is-con and if that was AI kind of action I'd be more sad because I feel that we cannot express ourself with contents that were truthfully with good intentions.

I understand that you created the converter to address a genuine need and that your intention in mentioning it was to help another user.

However, this is a user-to-user support forum. Community members, including myself, do not have access to moderation records and cannot review, reverse, or appeal the deletion of a post or the suspension of an account. I also cannot determine whether the action was automated or taken by a moderator.

Because you are the developer of the tool, mentioning it without clearly disclosing your affiliation may have been interpreted as self-promotion or advertising, even if the recommendation was relevant and made in good faith.Thank you for your patience and understanding.
