Hello,
As of today I have not been able to to preview, download email attachments or see inserted screenshots/photos in outlook.com. I can forward the email to another email account and I can preview/download documents and see inserted pictures. I have used a different browser it swapped opera for chrome. I have cleared caches and removed blockers. I have bought extra storage.
I am at my wits end please Help!

2026-09-02T05:21:55.7566667+00:00 It's working today, but I cannot believe the lack of technical support from Microsoft when needed - last night I finally found an option to 'chat with agent' but it just kept going to an error page or time out. I saw there was an outrage in the US on Monday, during my efforts to fix my email, but it said the UK had no issues 🤔 I had to download the Outlook.com desktop App in the end .... so much wasted time 🤦🏻♀️
