I HAVE AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET THAT I WANT TO OPEN FROM A TRUSTED SOURCE AND TRIED SETTING UN BLOCK IN PERNMISSIONS AND ALLOWING THE TRUSTED SOURCE AND STILL CANT OPEN IT. iTS A LEGAL MATTER THATS IS EXTREMELY TIME SENSATIVE AND NEED HELP

    Try this order in Excel and Windows:
