The functionality to assign an indivicual is not working. There are characters after the word 'personal' in the hover explanation.

1/ Does the issue occur with all Loop Task Lists or only a specific one?

2/ Is the issue affecting all users or only certain users?

3/ Can you assign users when opening the same Task List directly in the Loop app/web?

4/ Are you assigning internal users, external users, or both?

5/ Does the issue occur with newly created Task Lists, and could you share a screenshot of the tooltip showing the unexpected characters?

Hi - it looks like Microsoft is stopping support for Loop components in OneNote. It's unfortunate.

At the moment, I have not yet found related service incidents that match the behavior you described.

Before drawing any conclusions, you may wish to check the following:

Whether user assignment works when opening the same Loop Task List directly in the Loop app or Loop for web.

Whether the issue occurs with all Loop Task Lists or only a specific component.

Whether the users being assigned are within the same organization.

Whether the issue occurs on both your Mac and PC, or only on a specific platform.

If the account is provided by an organization, whether colleagues experience the same behavior when testing similar Loop components.

Whether the tooltip showing the unexpected characters after the word "personal" can be captured in a screenshot for comparison.

These checks may help determine whether the behavior is related to the account, platform, component, or the OneNote integration itself.
