Error 0x80070070 usually means the PC does not have enough free disk space to complete the OneDrive installation.
Try these steps on the Windows 10 laptop:
- Empty the Recycle Bin.
- Delete files that are no longer needed.
- Use Disk Cleanup to remove temporary files.
- Move large files to another location, such as external storage.
- If space is still too low, consider adding more storage or upgrading the drive.
After freeing space, try installing OneDrive again.
If OneDrive is already partly installed and Windows reports a newer version is present, uninstall Microsoft OneDrive first from Settings > Apps > Apps & features, restart the PC, and then install the latest version again. Uninstalling the app stops syncing but does not delete the OneDrive folder on the hard drive or files already stored in the cloud.
