Help: PC Suddenly Goes Black‑Screen Standby During Usage

My laptop has a reproducible abnormal issue: after power‑on, whether I am doing office work, running software, or playing games, the device will suddenly go black‑screen and enter standby mode after a period of runtime. There is no blue screen or pop‑up error message.

This issue shows distinct recurring patterns: it occurs one or multiple times every day. After the system restarts following the incident, the laptop can operate stably for a period of time, yet the problem persists over the long term. Recently, the fault has become far more frequent. When running performance‑demanding applications, this black‑screen standby may happen as often as every 10 minutes.
