Hello. I am an Office 365 user.

It appears there is a problem with my device (laptop).

The fact that account activation is not working only on this device suggests that the device has been locked.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

I have attached a relevant photo below.

    Good day,

Thank you for providing the screenshots. Based on the error details shown, the issue appears to be related to AADSTS135011: "Device used during the authentication is disabled." This suggests that the laptop's device record may have been disabled or is no longer properly registered in your organization's Microsoft Entra ID, which could explain why the account works on other devices but not on this one.

As an initial troubleshooting step, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your work or school account on the affected device:

    1. Open Settings in Windows and select Accounts.
    2. Choose Access work or school from the left pane.
    3. Select the work or school account associated with Microsoft 365 and choose Disconnect.
    4. Once the account has been removed, select Connect.
    5. Enter your school email address and complete the sign-in process.

If the issue continues after reconnecting the account, I recommend contacting your school or university IT administrator. Ask them to verify the laptop under Microsoft Entra ID > Devices > All devices. If the device is listed as disabled, they can re-enable it. If the device record has been deleted, they may need to re-register the device in the organization.

When reaching out to your IT administrator, please provide the Error Code, Request ID, Correlation ID, and Timestamp shown in the troubleshooting details, as these can help them investigate the authentication failure. After any changes are made, restart the laptop and try signing in to Microsoft 365 again.

For reference: Error 135011: Your organization has disabled this device

I hope the information above helps point you in the right direction. If you have any updates after trying these steps or after speaking with your IT administrator, please feel free to share them here, and I'll be happy to continue assisting you.

    Warm regards.
