Hi, Luis Reyes
This usually points to a problem with the Windows gaming sign-in components rather than the Minecraft account itself.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Open the Xbox app, select your profile picture, then choose Support > Gaming Services Repair Tool > Start Troubleshooting. This checks and updates the services used by the launcher for authentication. Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC
Make sure the Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant is running. Press Windows key + R, enter services.msc, and press Enter. Find Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant, open it, set Startup type to Manual, then select Start.
Test from a different internet connection, such as a phone hotspot. Also temporarily turn off any VPN or proxy. A blocked Microsoft authentication connection can prevent the sign-in window from appearing.
Open Credential Manager from Control Panel, choose Windows Credentials, and remove old entries beginning with Xbl, Xbox, or MicrosoftAccount. Reopen the launcher and sign in again. This clears outdated sign-in tokens.
Before making further changes, also check the Xbox status page for an active account or sign-in outage.
Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
