Hello. I would like to ask why Arabic audio transcription is not supported in Windows 11.

I can help in its development as a native Arabic speaker.

    Windows 11 live captions does not support Arabic for speech recognition. The supported live captions speech recognition languages listed for Windows 11 are Chinese (Simplified, Traditional Hong Kong SAR, Traditional Taiwan), Danish, several English locales, French (Canada, France), German (Germany), Italian (Italy), Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil, Portugal), and Spanish (Mexico, Spain).

    Arabic is supported only for translation into English on Copilot+ PCs in live captions, not as a speech recognition language for live captions in Windows 11.

    If the goal is to help improve Arabic support, feedback can be submitted through Feedback Hub by pressing Windows key + F while live captions is active, then selecting Accessibility > Live captions.

    On the link below, Microsoft provide a full list of all languages supported for transcription, currently Arabic has not been added to the list, but they are continually adding new languages to this functionality, this forum is just a user to user forum, the best option is to open the Feedback Hub app and provide feedback to the Windows developers there on this lack of functionality, that is where they will see your feedback.
