I am unable to start my sticky notes on my anariod phone, the same sticky notes and one notes are working fine on my I phone and windows laptop

Please guide me

Since you can access Sticky Notes on iOS and in the desktop version of OneNote, the issue appears to be specific to Sticky Notes in the OneNote app on your Android device.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Before running through the troubleshooting steps, could you please let me know what exactly happens when you tap the Sticky Notes icon in the OneNote app on your Android device? Do you see an error message, or does the Sticky Notes input not work when you tap the screen?

In the meantime, please try the following steps:
Force close the OneNote app from your recent apps list.
Restart your mobile device, then open OneNote and go to the Sticky Notes section.

If the issue continues, clear the app cache:

Go to Android system settings > Apps > Installed apps > OneNote > Storage > Clear app cache.
Relaunch OneNote and try accessing Sticky Notes again.

If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the OneNote app from the Google Play Store.

Hello,

I can access my notes through the website after logging in and also through my sticky notes section of OneNote on my PC. However, I, too, am having the same problem. I am fully signed into OneNote, but when I attempt to view my sticky notes, I receive a drop down that I am offline and need to sign in. When I sign in, I received an error code and the message access denied.

I have tried clearing the app cache and also completely uninstalling with a complete restart of my Android device.

This problem did not exist until this past week.

Could you please advise?

For Android, Sticky Notes appears inside OneNote for Android phones.

Try this path:

On the Android phone, open OneNote.
At the bottom right, tap Sticky Notes.
Make sure the Android phone is signed in to the same Microsoft account that is working on the iPhone and Windows laptop.

If the notes still do not appear or do not start syncing:

In Sticky Notes on Windows, open the Notes list.
Select the Settings icon in the upper-right.
Select Sync now to force a sync.
Then check OneNote again on the Android phone.

Important:

Sticky Notes sync across devices only when the devices are signed in to the same Microsoft account.
On Android, Sticky Notes can also be accessed through Microsoft Launcher as a custom Home screen, but OneNote is the main supported app path.
If the Android app shows a sync error saying Sticky Notes requires an Exchange Online mailbox, newly created or edited notes stay local only and are not backed up. In that case, the documented resolution is to contact the IT administrator for mailbox access.
