Unable to Reschedule Exam - System Error: Voucher is Expired

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I am having an issue rescheduling my exam. I previously booked the exam using a free voucher from a Microsoft event.

Now I need more time to prepare and want to reschedule my appointment (which is still more than 24 hours away). However, when I try to submit the change on Pearson VUE, the system blocks me with an error message saying: "The voucher associated with this registration has expired."

Please do not cancel my current appointment as I do not want to lose the voucher discount completely. Could you please help me manually reschedule my exam date from the backend or reissue a new voucher for me?

I am ready to provide my MCID, Registration ID, and screenshot via private message.

You cannot schedule or reschedule the exam using the AI Skills Fest voucher after August 18th
